The Manager is charged with the responsibility of setting a good example for how to conduct one’s self at all time. Moreover, he or she is responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and resolving complaints and problems.
The Assistant Manager is the link between the Manager and other employees. The Assistant Manager has all of the responsibilities of the Manager as he or she is expected to perform these duties when the Manager is not at the service center. He or she is not responsible for interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
The Technician is the backbone of the service process. It is the Technician’s mechanical performance and service that strengthen customer perception of our professionalism, confidence, and quality. Having presence of mind is crucial for the Technician to perform the job with excellence. This entails hearing, understanding, and acknowledging each service opportunity.
